HiredLah (“we”, “us”) is an early-stage project that helps Malaysian fresh grads and final-year students with job outreach. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect the email address you provide, the role you want to target, what you usually do after you apply (optional), and whether you would pay for early access. If you arrived through a referral link, we also record the short referral label from that link. We do not ask for your name, resume, or payment details on this page.
Our hosting and database providers may also process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of serving the site securely.
Why we collect it
We use your data to contact you about early access and onboarding, and to understand demand, pricing, and how people approach their job search so we can build a better product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.
Consent and your rights
By submitting the form, you consent to this processing under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You can withdraw your consent at any time. You may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at scalewithaudira@gmail.com.
Where your data is stored
Signups are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, our database provider. The database is not publicly readable, and access is limited to HiredLah through server-side credentials. Supabase and our web host act as data processors on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the early access waitlist and related product research. If you ask us to delete it, we will remove it from our database.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and stays on your device.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
